Great practices deserve to be found.
We help independent Canadian wellness practices get discovered on Google and inside AI answers.

You didn't open a clinic to think about search. And now it decides who finds you.
You trained for years in your modality. Somewhere along the way you also became a business owner, and this part came with it.
Every practitioner we talk to says a version of the same three things.
You've been sold SEO before.
Somebody took a retainer, sent a report full of numbers, and nothing you could point at ever changed.
You added a service and nobody found it.
A new practitioner, a new modality, months of investment, and it may as well not exist online.
Someone said ChatGPT recommended the clinic down the road.
You didn't know that was a thing patients did. You have no idea what it says about you.
We're not a search agency that happens to sell to clinics. We came to search because of the clinics.
Nobody becomes a physiotherapist for the margins. You picked a modality because you believed in what it does for people, and then you built a business so you could keep doing it.
That's the kind of business we want to see win. Practices where the thing being sold is an hour of somebody's full attention and years of their training. Where the outcome is a person moving better, sleeping better, hurting less.
Those practices are losing ground online to national chains with marketing departments, and it has nothing to do with the quality of the care. It has to do with whether a machine can read who you are.
We know this industry and we know search. That combination is rare, and it's the whole reason this company exists.
Patients have moved beyond Google.Half of them are asking an assistant instead.
These are two different systems with two different rules. Most clinics are managed for one of them and invisible in the other.
Machines don't form impressions. They cross-reference, and then they skip you.
An AI system gathers everything that describes your practice, from your Google profile, your website, directories, professional associations and your reviews, then checks whether those sources agree. When they agree, it's confident enough to recommend you. When they don't, it moves on to a clinic whose details line up.
Most independent clinics are inconsistent without knowing it. None of it is broken in a way a patient would notice. All of it is disqualifying to a machine.
| On your website | On your Google profile | Can be found |
|---|---|---|
| physiotherapy | medical clinic | Partly |
| chiropractic | not listed | No |
| massage therapy | not listed | No |
| acupuncture | not listed | No |
Google allows one primary category. We looked at 41 multidisciplinary clinics across five Canadian cities and a large share were filed under a single generic category while offering three or four disciplines. Usually it's whatever got picked the day the profile was created.
One job, three parts.
No packages, no tiers of confusing deliverables. This is all of it.
-
Reconcile
We establish the single correct description of your practice, then make every source say it. Google profile, website, structured data, citations, directory listings, professional association entries.
-
Strengthen
Reviews, profile activity, and the signals that decide whether a system trusts you enough to name you.
-
Measure
Every month we report where you show up on Google and how often the assistants name you, against the same set of questions your patients would ask.
Here's the honest timeline. Before you hire us, not after.
We report the same six numbers every month, measured against where you started. They don't move at the same speed, and pretending otherwise is how these arrangements go wrong in month four.
| What we measure | When it moves |
|---|---|
| Services you're eligible to appear for | Month one, dramatically |
| Consistency across your listings | Months one to three |
| Review volume and rating | Continuously, slowly |
| Local pack position | Months two to six |
| How often an AI names you | Month six onward, unpredictably |
| Your share against named local competitors | Month six onward |
The categories are a fast, visible fix. The AI numbers are the slowest thing we do, and some months they won't move at all. We report them anyway.
Two things only your clinic can do.
Everything else is ours. These two aren't.
Ask patients for reviews.
We build the process, write the templates, and monitor and draft every response. Somebody at the front desk still has to ask. Review volume is the strongest signal we don't control.
Send us what's happening.
Photos, events, a new practitioner, new equipment. We collect ninety days of it when we start and ask for more inside your monthly report.
You could do all of this yourself.Almost nobody does.
We mean it. The audit gives you everything we found and how we found it. No blurred screenshots, no withheld findings, no "book a call to learn more." Hand it to your clinic manager and work through it if you like, and we'll say so on the phone.
Fixing your categories is an afternoon. What comes after isn't a task, it's a standing obligation. Reviews have to keep arriving. Details have to stay matched across a dozen places that quietly drift. The assistants change their answers month to month and somebody has to check.
Every clinic owner has a list of things they'll get to. This ends up on it. That's the argument for hiring us. Not that we know a secret. That we'll still be doing it in month nine.
Things we can't promise, and neither can anyone else.
- A spot in Google's local pack
Nobody controls that. Anyone guaranteeing it is guessing or lying.
- That an AI will recommend you
There is no submission form, no setting, no back door. We remove every reason a system has to skip you, then tell you honestly where you stand each month.
- New patients
We work on discovery. What happens after somebody finds you is your clinic's job, and you're better at it than we are.
- Ads, social media, or a website rebuild
We don't do them. If that's what you need, we're the wrong call and we'll say so.
Independent multidisciplinary clinics.
We built this for a specific kind of practice, because that's where the problem is worst and the fix is worth the most.
- Three or more modalities
Physiotherapy, chiropractic, massage therapy, acupuncture, naturopathy, kinesiology, in some combination, under one roof.
- Three to eight practitioners
Big enough that discovery is worth real money to you. Small enough that nobody is already handling this.
- One to three locations
Independent and owner-operated. Not part of a national group.
We don't work with the national chains. They have marketing departments and vendor contracts, and they already outspend you on this by an order of magnitude. That's part of why it matters, because those are the clinics competing with you for the same search results and the same AI answers.
If you're a solo practitioner, this isn't sized for you and we'll tell you that on the call. You're welcome in the directory.
Find out where you actually stand.
We'll ask the assistants about your city, go through how your practice is described everywhere online, and send you what we find. One page, plus a short video walking you through it. Free, and you don't have to talk to us to get it.
